- My muffler rusted out and fell off; I needed a cheap replacement, and
I've always loved a good glasspack. Pay attention when you buy; there
are 3 different part numbers for this particular glasspack. The one
ending in 252 (this one) is 2.5" in/out. This thing is also really long,
comes right out to a hair under 24". However, it's a very solidly made
glasspack; it's heavy, and I'm pretty sure the packing will last a
couple years.
The only gripe I had about it was that the red paint peeled right off after about a day. I wasn't too surprised, I was able to scrape it off with my fingernail beforehand.
Be warned, this thing would work better as a resonator than a muffler; my v6 3.0L sounds like a fartcan with this thing. I wouldn't call it ricey, but it's damn loud. BRAP BRAP BRRAAAPP - GO TO STORE
